I like to learn about the human psyche. I prefer to do it with the help of applied software (color biomodeling and bioresonance testing) in order to ensure the accuracy of my assessments. This makes me different from most of my colleagues.
Each person's psyche is unique, when a person is confronted with stressors, his psyche is forced to react, and along with the mental reaction there is a physiological (bodily) reaction!
My job is to evaluate the effects of stress on a person's mental and physical health. This is something I have been doing for many years and plan to develop in this direction in the future.
I have written before on the pages of this site about the stressors that affect any employee's life! Obviously, the assessment of stress levels, assessment of somatization (development or exacerbation of diseases under the influence of stress) is a very important task for any business. A sick person will not perform his duties well, and will not be able to take care of the interests of his employer with due consideration!

The problem of psychosomatic diseases is that hidden from the eyes of others personal drama, which is played out in the head of the person ALWAYS unexpectedly comes out of the shadows in the form of a serious medical diagnosis, accompanied by mental symptoms!

Therefore, regular monitoring of the psychosomatic health of employees is an important concern of the company's management, it allows them to "keep their hand on the pulse" and take measures in advance to mitigate potential HR threats (for example, "sudden*" incapacity of a top manager).

* There is no such thing as "sudden" in business, there is "unnoticed" and "unresolved" in time!

As someone who can empathize with other people's problems, I am pleased to know that my work has helped both the employee (the diagnostics show a lot of important information / I make recommendations for improvement) and the company management (the principle "WARNED = Armed").

Expect from the future job

I expect from the future job realization in the field of color and bioresonance testing of company employees, improvement of my skills in decoding and interpretation of the obtained data. I like consulting people, especially when I have in front of me a serious array of data obtained from a person with the help of color and bioresonance. Routine work (making meaningless reports, because, it is "accepted!") or work not in my profile (because the company does not have a clear understanding of my competencies) will not interest me. I am addicted to work for results! Working in an office, if I have a "window" without consultation, I would rather mind my own business! What matters to me is the schedule of being present "on task availability" rather than waiting for "the end of the day, because the time to come and go from the office is controlled".

Color perception, as a psychological diagnostic tool, works great not only in analyzing the individual, but also in analyzing the compatibility of people! In business, compatibility evaluations are important for selecting business partners, as well as for evaluating the compatibility of employees in order to level out conflicts within work groups.

I would like to work with

If we are talking about who I would like to work with: the top management of the company or the staff, my answer is "top management. Why? Because the psychological climate in a company always depends on the psychological stability of the top management of the business.

It is important to me that the company's management understands the need for a clinical psychologist work, both with employees and to monitor their own psychosomatic risks. It is important for TOP MANAGEMENT to be involved in self-development, self-knowledge, finding solutions to regulate personal stress levels. If these people practice meditation, yoga, fasting, then our mutual interest increases rapidly, because all these practices are a norm of my life.

In other words, I would like to work in a company where there is a note of spirituality and humanity, where the management understands the importance of teamwork and looks at the employees as team members, not as elements of the staff schedule only!

I am a very active person, both mentally and physically. I like sports and movement, I work out 4 times a week in the gym, in addition to strength training my schedule includes walking, running and stretching training. My love for sports motivated me to study at Fitness Academy in Bulgaria, which I successfully completed in 2022 and received a professional qualification "Personal Trainer EQF level 4 / Fitness Instructor EQF level 3 (European Register of Exercise Professionals - EREP)".

However, this love for the sport has more than just personal roots. It is now known that stress is "recorded" in the fascial and muscular systems of the body in the form of spasms! My professional interests go into the field of deep stretching and personal color correction.

When a person watches a personal color correction, he reduces the level of mental stress, and deep stretching effectively relieves muscle cramps and reduces physical pain.

The biofeedback principle works: reduce mental stress >>> reduce muscle spasm, and vice versa: reduce muscle spasm >>> reduce mental stress!

Released energy restores the immune, reproductive and hormonal systems of the human body, health improves!

That's why I would like to implement the author's project of a corporate center of psychological recovery, where employees would have the opportunity to fully restore their mental and physical health. Frankly speaking, this is the main prerequisite of my cooperation with your company! Ideally, if the company has already made a draft of VOI calculations and has an idea of the feasibility of investment in such a project.
